Ingredients
330 gr | Soft butter |

210 gr | Brown sugar |
9 gr | Salt |
1 | Vanilla bean |
165 gr | Eggs |
9 gr | Baking soda |
375 gr | Weak flour |
45 gr | Cocoa 22-24 Dark |
300 gr | Dark Intense Pro Chocolate 60% cocoa |
300 gr | Vanini Milk Chocolate 39% cocoa |
300 gr | Hazelnut grains |
Method
Mix in a food mixer the soft butter with sugars, salt and vanilla. Add the eggs and, lastly, the flour mixed with the baking soda and Dark Cocoa powder 22/24.
At last, add the needle Dark Chocolate Drops to the dough.
Preparation
Once the dough is made, make small spheres of dough with the dough ball maker and place them at the right distance on the backing tray. Cook at 170 ° C for 13-15 minutes (depending on size) open valve.
Presentation
Allow to cool down and pack in envelopes, seal and label them, or place them in hermetic containers.
