Component 1Chocolate bar

as required Organic White Chocolate
200 gr Cream
300 gr Organic White Chocolate
30 Green Tangerine Essence 100% pure

Make the shell of the chocolate bar with Organic White Chocolate. Bring the cream to the boil, add the Organic White Chocolate drops, mix well to melt the chocolate and, lastly, add the drops of tangerine essence.


Cool for 2 hours. Fill the moulds using the piping bag. Leave overnight and then, close with other Organic White Chocolate.
