Component 1Dough

Ingredients
250 g Melted butter
100 g Whole white yogurt
220 g Whole eggs
270 g Granulated sugar
530 g Flour 00
200 g Whole milk
24 g Baking yeast
320 g Chocolate Nuances - Blueberry Chunks
2 g Salt
Method

Mix the soften butter with sugar and whip in a planetary mixer, add the eggs and then the sifted flour and yeast. Finally the milk, the whole white yogurt
and the Blueberry Chunks. Fill the moulds to 2/3 of their capacity and bake at 180 ° C for about 18 min.

The recipe can be realized in different flavours, with our Passion Fruit, Pistachio, Milk and coffee or Raspberry Chunks.
