Description

Premium cream with a refined and intense taste of gianduia, in a balanced mix of cocoa and toasted hazelnut, delicately sweet in the finish.
Tender texture, glossy appearance.

Free from palm oil or hydrogenated fats.

With 35% of hazelnut paste, 7% of low-fat cocoa and 7% of lactic matter.

Excellent filling ready to use in purity.

In chocolatier

Excellent as an anhydrous filling and topping to be used alone or added with chocolate or cocoa butter to give it more structure, even with the addition of inclusions. Perfect to be offered in jars, as it is or customized.

In pastry

Suitable for flavoring creams, filling baked cakes and cakes. Excellent for glazing small pastries and profiteroles: in a positive display case it maintains the brilliance.
In combination with cocoa butter or chocolate, to glaze baked cakes and cakes. At the bar, in the Moroccan, for a “gianduja” breakfast. In the oven, taking care not to leave it in the open.
