The excellence of chocolate ICAM at INTERSICOP

Will be from February 19th to February 21st 2017 Icam will be at INTERSICOP in Madrid, one of the most important trade show dedicated to pastry at STAND 14F01A.

Icam will present its brand Icam Linea Professionale and the Top Premium one Agostoni, two lines of products dedicated to professionals of the sector. The recipe of each single couverture has been designed for highly specialized uses, technical performance and taste intensity, and for excellent performance in confectionery, chocolate and icecream applications.

We will offer a lot of novelties, among which the new couverture AGOSTONI, BAGUA: this unique and precious “primitive” white cocoa, is the first cocoa whose consumption can be traced back to as early as 3000 BC, sourced in the Peruvian Amazon.
