It has just ended in Rimini the 39th edition of SIGEP

It has just ended in Rimini the 39th edition of SIGEP – International Exhibition of Artisanal Ice Cream making, Pastry, Bakery and Coffee – a very successful edition, full of novelties for ICAM!

ICAM received its customers in its dynamic and colourful hospitality, where our pastry chefs and technical consultants performed their live show cooking, with also a great interpretation of our Agostoni Chocolate made by our brand testimonial maitre chocolatier Ernst Knam.

The Fair has also been the occasion to present to the public our new top premium brand Agostoni, a new signature brand in the world of chocolate specifically developed to match the requirements of the most demanding professionals in the world of chocolate, pastry cooking and ice cream making.
