Ingredients
840 gr Powdered sugar
2100 gr Soft butter
20 gr Fine salt
400 gr Prestige Milk Chocolate
300 gr Egg yolks
2200 gr Weak flour
325 gr Corn starch
90 gr Organic Cocoa 10-12 Dark
20 gr Cinnamon
10 gr Cloves powder
5 gr Powdered nutmeg
5 gr Powdered black pepper
Method

Mix powdered sugar, soft butter, salt, melt Prestige milk chocolate and spices, without whipping.

Add the egg yolks and wait until the ingredients are homogeneous.

Add the powders mixed together (flour-starch- cocoa), as soon as they are absorbed, switch off the machine.

Preparation

Dress with a sac a poche with a 12mm diameter smooth piping tip. Bake at 170°C VA for 14-17 minutes. Allow to cool down.
