Ingredients
610 g | Soft butter |
90 g | Glucose |
335 g | Sugar |
335 g | Brown sugar |
9 g | Salt |
1 pz | Vanilla bean |
50 g | Egg yolks |
9 g | Baking soda |
720 g | Weak flour |
450 g | Pinhead Dark Chocolate Drops |
Method
Mix in a food mixer the soft butter with sugars, salt and vanilla. Add the eggs and, lastly, the flour mixed with the backing soda.
At last, add the pinhead dark chocolate drops to the dough.
Preparation
Once the dough is made, make small spheres of dough with the dough ball maker and place them at the right distance on the backing tray. Cook at 170 ° C for 13-15 minutes (depending on size) open valve.
Presentation
Allow to cool down and pack in envelopes, seal and label them, or place them in hermetic containers.
