Component 1Chocolate bar
Ingredients
as reqired | Organic Milk Chocolate Shell 32% cocoa |
80 gr | Artisanal Hazelnut Praline 55% |
200 gr | White Organic Chocolate |
25 gr | Organic Chocolate Nibs |
Method
Make the shell of the chocolate bar with Organic Milk Chocolate; mix with Artisanal Hazelnut Praline and Organic White Chocolate tempered at 29°C and Cocoa Butter. Add the Organic Chocolate Nibs.
Preparation
Use a piping bag to pipe the mixture into each shell. Cool and close with the Organic Milk chocolate.
