Ingredients
330 gr Soft butter
300 gr Sugar
210 gr Brown sugar
9 gr Salt
1 Vanilla bean
165 gr Eggs
9 gr Baking soda
375 gr Weak flour
45 gr Cocoa 22-24 Dark
600 gr White Chocolate Cubes
500 gr Partly candied wild strawberries
Method

Mix in a food mixer the soft butter with sugars, salt and vanilla. Add the eggs and, lastly, the flour mixed with the baking soda and the Dark Cocoa Powder 22/24.

When the compound is homogeneous add the White Chocolate Cubes and the wild strawberries.

Preparation

Once the dough is made, make small spheres of dough with the dough ball maker and place them at the right distance on the backing tray. Cook at 170 ° C for 13-15 minutes (depending on size) open valve.

Presentation

Allow to cool down and pack in envelopes, seal and label them, or place them in hermetic containers.
