Description

Clean, delicate, balanced flavour of lightly toasted, caramelised almonds. Fine, pleasantly crunchy consistency which is light on the palate. Extremely versatile, it can be used in a variety of ways. Preserve at a temperature of between 12°-14° to maintain the structural stability; mix thoroughly before using.

An essential product for making pralines, ganaches, cremini chocolates, and praline fillings for hand-cut or moulded chocolates (with a long shelf-life as well), chocolate specialities, snacks and spreadable creams. It is perfect for a wide variety of combinations thanks to its delicate flavour.

In pastry

 It can also be used for customising creams, fillings and crunchy bases. Suitable in compositions for baked products and to flavour creams, and mousses.  It is perfect for a wide variety of combinations thanks to its delicate flavour.

In ice cream making

For use in semifreddo and ice cream bases and for variegations.
