Extra Dark Chocolate Cream
Description
Spreadable cream with a compact, uniform consistency. Very dark brown colour with the intense, distinctive flavour of cocoa due to the high percentage of low-fat cocoa (28%) and the absence of hazelnut paste. Contains no hydrogenated fats. Ready-to-use, the cream can be used as is and guarantees excellent results in terms of production performance too.

Operating recommendations
To be used in a pure form for fillings or with added chocolate to give it more structure. Excellent with the addition of inclusions.
Suitable for boosting the flavour of creams and fillings with a readily discernible taste of dark chocolate. Ideal also as icing for petit fours and cakes, after heating to 30/32°C.
Ideal for preparing Italian-style semifreddo, parfaits, soufflés and glacé icing.
