Description
White chocolate enriched with 8% anhydrous cow’s butter, which gives it great smoothness and suppleness, besides a characteristic taste of milk cream. Very light ivory colour. Particularly well-packaged: tray made of plastic material for food, closable with lid.

Particularly suitable for obtaining curls and sheets for truffles. Suitable for crushing into grains, it combines well with pistachios, hazelnuts and almonds. Excellent for the icing of nougats of any size.
Ensures the perfect result in icing of all bakery products, with the quality of the chocolate (and not surrogate): panettone, doves, filled pastries, snacks, pastries, etc… It keeps the edge smooth and doesn’t crack when dry. It requires tempering before use.
