Consistency and presence of the taste characterises the Chocolate Nuances Chunks: thanks to their texture they enrich cakes, croissants, leavened products, bread, biscuits with an intense and authentic taste of good chocolate. Perfect for muffins and shortcrust bread.
With the addition of about 6% cocoa butter, the chunks can become real chocolate couvertures to be used in pastry, chocolate and ice cream.
