An edition of numbers, such is WPS 2019, dedicated to creativity and innovation with the participation of leading Maestros from the world of pastry making. Several topics were covered: from the First Observatory on Pastry Making Trends [Primo Osservatorio sui Trend in Pasticceria] to the thoughts of the Pastry Stars on topics related to raw materials, sales formats, the value of “artisan”, product innovation, luxury in pastry making, experimentations and the profound bond with the territory.

Awarding the Star to the great Maestro, Pierre Hermé, undisputed world-renown personality and a pastry chef style icon who, during WPS, shared his enlightening thoughts with the audience on how to build a brand and how to communicate an image in modern, luxury pastry making.
