Ernst Knam testimonial of Icam professional range

Lecco, 30th May 2016 – Icam, the historical Italian chocolate factory, is pleased to announce that Ernst Knam will be the celebrity spokesperson for Icam Professional Range, the company line addressed to pastry chefs and confectionery professionals, to chocolatiers and ice-cream makers.

Icam will celebrate its 70° anniversary with many initiatives throughout 2016, among which we mention a special contest addressed to pastry chefs: they will be asked to create a celebrating cake dedicated to the company and its values, using Icam Professional Range products. Ernst Knam will be President of the jury that in October 2016 will award the winner in Perugia, during Eurochocolate.

Moreover, it’ll be Ernst Knam to inaugurate the professional products’ dedicated section inside the temporary store that Icam is opening in Milan to celebrate its 70 years of activity. Here, an exclusive selection of pralines and chocolates will be available for purchase, realized by the Italian biggest chocolate-makers changing on a weekly basis, besides the whole product range of the company.
