“Ernst Knam: a journey through spices and chocolate”

On Wednesday, June 5th, Icam had Maestro Ernst Knam as special guest at CHOCO CUBE, where he held the Masterclass: “Ernst Knam: a journey through spices and chocolate”.
The main topic of this course were Icam Linea Professionale and Agostoni chocolates, combined differently with the spices proposed by Maestro Knam, such as Tahitian vanilla, ginger, curcuma and black pepper.
