A path that began with the study of the best, sourced cocoa, with unique, top quality profiles from carefully selected plantations, which was then continued by implementing modern, delicate production techniques to transform the first-class primary ingredient into unique, special recipes, capable of surprising even the most demanding professionals. Couverture, pastes and powders originating from gran cru and monorigine which allows pastry chefs, ice-cream makers and chocolatiers to create one-of-a-kind recipes by bringing out the unique and authentic taste of cocoa.
