Intense flavour of hazelnut praline and caramelised sugar. Slightly more noticeable grain size, for a traditional praline with an artisanal feel. The percentage of nuts (55%) guarantees a top quality, unique, must-have product covering a wide range of uses and preferences. Preserve at a temperature of between 12°-14° to maintain the structural stability; mix thoroughly before using.
Especially good for pralines, ganaches, cremini chocolates, and praline fillings for hand-cut or moulded chocolates.
Can be used in compositions for baked products and to flavour creams, and mousses.
For making semifreddo, variegations and ice cream bases.
